2. No Confidential Relationship

Submission of materials to NewSky Publishing does not create a confidential, fiduciary, or contractual relationship unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We are not obligated to treat submitted materials as confidential, and we assume no responsibility for protecting the content of unsolicited submissions.

3. Originality Requirement

By submitting materials, you represent and warrant that the work is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content submitted is lawful and does not violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.

4. No Obligation to Review or Respond

We are not obligated to review, acknowledge receipt of, or respond to any submission. Due to the volume of submissions, we may not provide individual feedback or status updates.

Submission timelines and response times are not guaranteed.

5. Similarity of Content

You acknowledge that NewSky Publishing may receive or develop materials that are similar or identical to your submission. You agree that you will not be entitled to compensation or claims based on similarities between your submission and other works.

6. No Compensation

Submission of materials does not entitle you to any compensation, payment, or reimbursement unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

7. Retention and Deletion

We may retain submitted materials for internal review, recordkeeping, or operational purposes. We are not obligated to return or delete submitted materials unless required by law.

8. Prohibited Submissions

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to reject or remove such content and take appropriate action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewSky Publishing shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the submission, review, use, or non-use of submitted materials.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of intellectual property, opportunity, or potential revenue.

10. Governing Law

This Submission Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
