Payment Terms

All fees for services and products must be paid in accordance with the agreed pricing, invoices, or service agreements. Payment obligations are binding once a purchase is made or a service agreement is accepted.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension, delay, or termination of services.

Work will not commence until required payments are received and confirmed.

Payments may be processed through approved payment providers, including credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, or other methods offered at checkout.

All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We are not responsible for currency conversion fees, bank charges, or payment processing fees imposed by third parties.

5. Late Payments

Failure to make payments on time may result in additional fees, service delays, or suspension of work. We reserve the right to apply late fees or interest where permitted by law.

Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and collection actions.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks, suspend services, and pursue recovery of funds, including any associated fees or legal costs.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase, unless otherwise specified.

9. Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services, deliverables, or access to products until full payment is received.

Any delays caused by non-payment do not extend delivery timelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewSky Publishing shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from payment processing, delays, or disputes.

11. Governing Law

These Payment Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
