All sales are considered final unless otherwise specified. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the conditions described below.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet our policy requirements.

2. Physical Products (Books)

Returns for physical products may be accepted within a limited period after delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within a reasonable time after delivery. We may request photos or documentation to verify the issue.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Digital Products

All digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital products once accessed or downloaded
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
